Q1. What does the free plan include?
You can make videos using almost all of Doratoon’s features with a free plan. Your videos can also be exported to social media and embedded on your website with the Doratoon logo. To remove the watermark, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan.Q3. How long can I use the free plan for?
You can use the free plan forever! If you want to remove the Doratoon watermark from your videos, then you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan.Q5. Can I cancel my monthly or yearly subscription before the recurring payment?
No worries. There will be no recurring payment for your monthly or yearly subscription.Q2. What are Commercial Use Rights?
Commercial use rights (included in the Pro & Pro+ subscription plans) enable you to create Doratoons which you can then use to market and promote your business or product. Note that commercial rights are not third-party resell rights, which enable users to resell their Doratoon videos.Q4. What types of templates do you have?
We have video templates for almost all industries and uses. See them all at doratoon.com/animation/templates. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, simply customize a template to suit.Q6. How can I renew my subscription?
There is no automatic renewal. You will need to place a new order on the pricing page https://doratoon.com/pricing to continue using your Doratoon subscription.Q7. What Are Third-Party Resell Rights?
Third-party resell rights, included in the Pro+ plan, enable you to resell your Doratoon videos to others. You need to contact our customer service and offer the customer‘s basic information, such as the name of a company, phone number of an individual. We will confirm the video copyright has been transferred to the customer, and there will be copyright risk without our confirmation or offering the wrong information. If you would like to gain reseller rights for your customer, please subscribe to the Doratoon Pro+ Plan and contact us at doratoon@laipic.us. Doratoon retains all rights to the Doratoon platform and individual component parts. Your rights only apply to finished videos.
